We are a friendly club welcoming long stay and visiting boats of all shapes and sizes. Our secure Witham Bank West site has refurbished mooring pontoons, all serviced with water and electricity. The club has a floodlit communal patio area, ideal for BBQ's. BMYC is conveniently situated within walking distance from the town centre on the non tidal river. Access to the Wash and North Sea is just 6 miles downstream through Grand Sluice Lock.
Upstream, the river links to Lincoln, the Fossdyke Navigation and the River Trent at Torksey Lock.
Club Events......
Boston Motor Yacht Club runs a calendar of social events throughout the season, including the annual Commodore's Cruise, dinner dance, cruises in company and BBQ's. Subscribers are added to our email mailing list so members are kept up to date with what's on.
We are a non-profit club so all maintenance is carried out by members. We hold works parties at the beginning and end of each boating season where members carry out all the jobs that keep the site going. All members are encouraged to attend when possible for the benefit of the club.
